Careline365 supply personal alarms to those within the UK who are vulnerable or elderly.

We are acutely aware of the challenges faced by older people. As the years advance, health issues can mean that day to day tasks become more difficult. Sometimes this can mean giving up on the idea of living independently altogether. We believe that this doesn’t have to be the way.

Our mission is to help as many people as possible live safe and enjoyable later lives. That’s why we strive to offer our service for the best possible price. We also like to keep things simple. Technology need not be confusing or scary – it can have a huge positive impact on the lives of older people.

Staff on the help line were very good. my requirement is for a lone worker at two sites, initially a little confusion re who is primary contact who is secondary contact at both sites, all resolved following a phone call, so refreshing talking to a human being with a clear tone. If my issue was attempted to be resolved/considered by e mail or a chatbot i would have gone elsewhere

Very helpful and friendly staff and prompt service. In testing the system there were problems in locating me in my garden twice. The third try was successful so hope it was only a temporary blimp.

My late Mother was very dubious about using a fob alarm but after a little persuasion from me and other family members she reluctantly agreed to try it. She was so pleased she wore it all the time, even hanging it her bed rail overnight in case she fell out of bed. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for your friendly and helpful service both before and after my Mums passing

After the initial disappointment that we live in an area which is not covered by Careline Engineers to install and set up the equipment, the team members who were quick to reply and steered us through were brilliant. Amongst others, Jos was particularly helpful, but all those we spoke to over a 48 hour period were considerate, careful and not at all condescending.

Ordered on line arrived as promised the next day. Had a little issue setting it up but the very helpful online service stuck with me until I understood what to do. Now fully operational.

Mum wanted to upgrade her package to include a fall detector, following a friend collapsing and needing medical help. We called the call centre and spoke to the most helpful handler I have ever spoken to! Thanks to Jos we have upgraded mum’s device and she is now feeling more reassured to live independently. Many thanks for your great customer service.

Absolutely awful customer service as they are unsupported by the Managers who are never available to make decisions! Renewal went up 80% - which frankly is ridiculous especially as they are providing a service for vulnerable people!

I would not recommend this company to anyone I ordered one but had to cancel they said could within 30 days it can on the Friday sent to back on the Monday asked got a receipt of posting, then I asked them to email me when my refund was sent, I was told I did not have a refund so this company had £325 of my money I have got nothing I sent it back within 30 days

Ordered the equipment on-line. Arrived promptly and was easy to set up. Was ready in a matter of minutes. Did have a small problem because of our mobile coverage (nothing to do with Careline's equipment) but a quick phonecall to the helpdesk and all was solved. Staff at help desk were friendly, helpful and professional. Would recommend Careline unreservedly.

Had the chance to talk to Harry one of the careline team and he explained clearly and politely the cost of the diffrent plans and guide it me through the best option for my wife needs. Good professional approch and we sort it in details in few minutes. Good service, well done Harry.

There were some technical difficulties during the initial setting up process but everyone I spoke to, in particular, Cathy, were very helpful and they all spoke in a reassuringly friendly and compassionate way which led one to believe that I have chosen a truly caring company to rely on. All went extremely well from the ordering to the very prompt delivery. A little problem with the order was soon rectified very efficiently. Setting up was also easy and your staff member, Harry, was very helpful. All in all a pleasant experience.
