Was told I was approved for five cars with the down payment I had. Actually only one of the five cars were shown to me and told the rest manager wasn't selling me. The car had service light on which was told when read it was EVAP code. Very upset but needing a car I signed the paperwork. Drove an hour home all the service lights are on, two windows don't roll down, blinkers stopped working, front or read defrost doesn't come on, tail lights have a short, second day I've owned it and reverse went out.

Amazing, caring, wonderful people at the Kennewick store. I couldn't of had a better experience. I can't thank them enough. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! I really just want to thank the Kennewick team, wonderful people, worked hard for me.

Horrible!!!! Do not buy with Carhop!!!!! They turn your car off before the due date!!! Horrible customer service and they will never work with you!!!! They demand payment the day before it’s due with a threat of kill switching your car!!!!

I don't have the best credit and was in a bind. From the moment I called I felt at ease, the receptionist (I forgot your name already I'm so sorry) was welcoming and comforting. She made me feel like I was important right away and set a tone to a great experience! Jerri helped find a car that was perfect for my family both financially and something I can see myself in long-term. she was friendly outgoing and made me feel comfortable. I was nearly in tears before walking in and this team made me feel a huge sense of relief by the time I walked out. They did a great job explaining everything and I will absoloutely recommend them to friends and family! thank you for helping me car hop!

Diane was simply amazing. She helped ease my stress and fear on buying a car. I will be going back. The only downfall was they didnt have too many cars to choose from but hey I'm happy with mine. Thank you again Diane.
