Sep 02,2018I first went to carhop two years ago in a really tough to spot as a single mom with two kids and newly divorced. I didn't have much money but was desperate for a car to get to work. Carhop put me in 2006 ford Taurus with a high interest rate and payment but said if I paid on time for 18 months I'd be able yo upgrade my car with better interest rate and payment. So that's exactly what I did. Well the upgrade process was a joke. I called multiple times about how much down I'd need how much I still owed on my car only to get mutiple doffi answers after two separate sit downs and a total of 8 hours I was told I qualified for a 2006 ford Taurus. The SAME exact car I already had and had made 20 months of ontime payments of. They said I would need to put another $500 down to be able to get into a 2009 ford. I went to another dealership but due to the negative equity on the Ford Taurus I bought no one would work with me until I paid off the loan. I'm beyond upset with the misinformation, games and unprofessionalism I was shown.

Sep 01,2018The only complaint I have is that even with my appointment being set at 4pm, and me arriving early at 3:15pm and being seen right away, It still didn't get out of there until 6:15pm. I was frustrating, as I had worked an 8 hour shift, and they very apparently understaffed. But that being said, Marcus and Ivor were great!

Aug 31,2018If i could give them no stars i would but the one star is for corey the only one that watches what he set out there for an expectation other than that this place sucks i was there from 10 to 2 and they gave me a car that broke down before i got to work at 10 that same night well that is to bad stuff happens says aarron and at least we are going to have it fixed today well nearing the close of bussiness day no car asked for a refund and they said it would take 7 to 10 days no loaner no care no respect i had my two year old with me and no more money left for transpo but that cant help me with at least bus fare
