Tremendously enjoyed our stay. We found it necessary to call the office about one small item and in all my 64 years I have never experienced the exceptional level of professional customer service as was displayed by Andrew. Beechview was clean and very well presented. We will be using Carolina Cabins again.

The cabin, Bear Necessities, was a cut above! Besides being incredibly spectacular, it was very clean, well stocked with everything you need, extremely comfortable and nobody in my party wanted to leave. The best cabin we have stayed in. We loved the location as it was close to what and where we wanted to go. My husband and I are already talking about a return stay at Bear Necessities in the future. Thanks for a great experience!

After booking, the company stayed in touch and gave frequent updates and instructions. When I contacted them with questions, they were quick to respond. We have rented several places over the years and this was by far the best experience we have had with management.

Carolina Cabins did a great job with our recent trip to the Carolina mountains. They handled all of our issues (of which there would very few) and answered all of our questions immediately. The cabin we stayed in was first rate and the views were tremendous. Carolina Cabins helped us create a trip that we will remember forever!

This is a great rental company. Plenty of options for accommodations. Very prompt and professional communications. Very easy website to navigate with very clear information on each rental. The house we rented was spotless and ready for our check in time. Check in and check out process was easy.

Great team of people. For the 2 or 3 cabins we have rented the advertisements and depictions online have been accurate. Their customer services has always been quick and satisfactory.
