Jan 13,2023I purchased a rug that said, “In Stock”. On the website it says in stock items ship in 7-10 business days. I called the company because I never received a tracking number. The lady told me the rug ships in 14-21 days. I told her the website says it’s in stock and states a shorter ship time. She said yes it does but if you scroll to the bottom you will see it says 14-21 days as the rug has to be made. I told her they need to remove the “in stock” as it confuses the customer. She put me on hold for quite awhile and came back and said actually the rug orders are backed up and are taking at least three months to ship out. I went from 7-10 days to now 12 or more weeks. I asked her how come there isn’t anything noted on the website about longer delivery times and how come I wasn’t notified through email? She didn’t have an answer. I kindly asked for a refund as that ship time was going to be to long. She said they don’t give refunds. It’s unfortunate that I’m stuck with this order that will take at least 12 weeks to ship and another week to get to me and no where on the website does it have this disclaimer about longer delivery times. If there was a disclaimer, I could have made a different purchase or the decision not to purchase the rug. It’s a very poor way of doing business.

Jan 06,2023I stumbled up this shop a couple years ago when looking for a Magnolia brand rug. Pricing, ordering and shipping were exceptional. Last week I once again decided to add an area rug to our home. I ordered another Magnolia brand rug. I received timely updates of my order and arrival of my rug within a week. It was delivered on an incredibly rainy day and therefore outside for about 30minutes until I could get it inside. It was wrapped so well that it stayed completely dry. Unrolled and ready to go. I absolutely love it.
