Tile requested was in stock. Customer service was great! Called in to confirm order. Phone was answered immediately. Tile was shipped and arrived in less than 5 days! Perfect! Thanks!

The flooring i purchased was drop shipped from the factory, unfortunately the factory used a shipper that doesn't use residential delivery. They were telling Carpet & Tile mart that it was in my city and they were scheduling the delivery but they never did. They got the issue elevated and got a new freight company to make the delivery the next day. Product arrived in great condition and the price was excellent.

Delivery came in reasonable time and with no issues. Delivery Driver was very nice and helpful me put cartons on pallet. Very nice man.

The website was easy to navigate, images were realistic representation of the product. We LOVE our area rug in our newly renovated coastal design space. We ordered and returned about 5 rugs from Amazon that just looked poorly made or didn’t look like the image. We decided to spend a little more money for a high quality rug. Worth every Penny!

I received the wrong rug. I was told I had pay return shipping costs. I reached out to customer service and have yet to have the matter resolved. So far it has required multiple emails back and forth and no resolution. Major headache.
