Oct 15,2019I placed an order for a small amount of tile and was told it should be here within a certain time frame with no problem. I scheduled the tile installer with a day or two of leeway. The estimated delivery was 10/10. It is now 10/14 and the shipper is telling me "there was no guarantee" so I may not get the tile until today, 10/15 or even 10/16. Carpet Mart representatives just said they just give the information they have at the time, but that was obviously very wrong, so if you order from them, add several days to the timeline.

Oct 08,2019Got one rug and after they said both were shipped I waited thinking the second would come . After finally contacting them was told second one wouldn’t be here until March! I had options to cancel the one and send back the other. This is after I had opened and put on floor.

Sep 13,2019With the many online choices for ordering rugs, I was hesitant to shop at Carpet Mart because I normally shop at one of the more well known rug websites. I had never heard of Carpet Mart, but once I saw the great selection of rugs they offer and the even better prices, lower than where I shop, I went ahead and ordered a runner. Not only did I save money, but my order arrived in just a few days. So pleased with my purchase and will order from Carpet Mart in the future.
