We have NEVER worked with a contractor of his quality craftsmanship. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and most important to us, a perfectionist. Our floor is more beautiful than we imagined it could be. Maher’s commitment to the process made it bearable, as any installation is an inconvenience to a homeowner. Sep 02,2019The manager of this store lies to customers faces. I bought $5000 worth of tile from this store. Their sales people sold me too much tile and when I friend to return - they wouldn’t take it back. The manager lied to my face about having no way to override it. When I asked to speak to someone above him- we would not give me a name. Who does that? He doesn’t own the store he has a boss but knew he was caught in a lie so would t share his supervisors info. Run away don’t give carpet mart a dime of your business!!!

Aug 28,2019I have bought carpet and flooring from Lomax three times and have been very happy. The saleswoman , Marcy , was knowledgeable and helpful. The installers were quick, efficient, polite and clean. I fully intend to purchase more flooring within the next few weeks. I have recommended lomax to my daughter who used them twice and is equally pleased

Aug 25,2019What an awesome place to have donated rugs for a need that is rarely met. Rugs for teachers was so successful, they went above and beyond to accommodate all who showed up in Millsboro. Very friendly and it was a heartfelt project. They even had staff bring the rugs to everyone's car. Thank you so much!

Nothing was too much trouble, every issue resolved to complete satisfaction and all done with a smile. The issues had to do with the manufacturer, not the store. Will recommend to friends and will buy from them again for sure.

Sep 10,2019I love my new rug from Carpet Mart! Kim, from customer service, was very helpful when I was unsure about the size I should order. While other sites offered the same area rug, Carpet Mart was less expensive AND the delivery was much quicker. I had my new rug 4 days after ordering it! (I am on the east coast.) Can't say enough about how happy I am with the look of my rug and the service I received.
