Jul 20,2019Update 2: Its nice to know that it takes leaving a negative review and submitting a complaint to the BBB to get a response from the company ONLY on the review. Never recieved a phone call from any of the supervisors in regards to this. Additionally, it took MONTHS for a claim to be filed with the manufacturer. The claim was just submitted last week even though my first phone call to the store was several months ago. This is how unprofessional this company is. Can’t even return a customers phone call but you’ll respond to a complaint online to make yourselves appear better. Also, the furniture that left these “scratches” have added padding onto the bottom of them. I also mentioned that my sons toys and soft toy boxes have left long scratches on the floor as well. Certainly the number one sold floor in the country wouldn’t be a product that is so soft that you can’t have it with kids and pets? Your sales rep steered us towards purchasing this floor because it WOULD hold up with our kids and pets. Once again, just proving that your company is founded on deception, lies and unprofessionalsm. Update: the account is under my husbands name that’s why you can’t find my name in your system. I have left messages with Tom Fletcher and Mike Longwill and neither have returned my phone calls. I hardly doubt emailing your support team email address will yield any helpful responses after several months of dealing with this. Worst customer service. Unresponsive and unprofessional. So many issues with this store...deceptive sales reps, wrong floor ordered, issues with the floor and customer service is terrible. Management is unresponsive, have left messages with several upper management employees and have yet to talk to anyone but the store manager and he is just a waste of time. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Jun 26,2019We were a little nervous ordering a carpet runner online without seeing it. But were very happy. It is of good quality and finished off nicely at each end. We were able to get a 15 foot length which is hard to find in stores. We are already considering buying another runner.

Jun 21,2019I ordered two rugs, a runner and an area rug. The area rug looked used, faded and washed out. Took pic and emailed the company. Their response was that they look fine and I was charged to return the rugs. Will never do business with this company again.

Jun 21,2019Delivered correct tiles and packaging was superior. Previously ordered on amazon and then told it was out of stock. This company delivered as promised. Just needed a single sheet to repair along cabinets. Unfortunately , we used a substandard tiler.

I quickly found the rug I wanted on their website, ordered it with a great sale discount (saved $300 over other online sites) and then received it within just a few days with free shipping. I also checked in with their online web support on a shipping question. They replied within minutes with the information I needed. And they were very kind in their reply. The rug I ordered is awesome, was properly packaged and perfect. Will be ordering from CarpetMart in the future!
