We stopped in after going to a competitor (who did not offer any sales help to us) and immediately was introduced to Bill who did a phenomenal job of taking his time to get to know our needs, budget, as well as our family itself. Could not have asked for a better experience. No pushy sales tactics, and we will recommend him to anyone that is looking for flooring.
