Feb 17,2019We have a couple of outdoor-themed rugs that we bought at a large sporting goods retailer and needed a couple of small rugs to match with the same quality. We looked for the same brand and found them at Carpet Mart. We ordered two rugs with different designs and received them very quickly. The quality of the rugs was outstanding, but one of the designs was not as well defined as showen on the website. We decided to return it for something else. The representatives at Carpet Mart were excellent, and they made the return very easy. They suggested that rather than exchange the rug, just order the replacement so we would receive it faster. We ordered the new rug and are very happy with it. The whole process from the original order to the return and receiving the refund was three weeks to the day. We couldn't ask for better customer service than we received from Carpet Mart, and we will definitely order from them again if the need arises.

Feb 15,2019Second carpet purchase through Lomax! Installers arrived a little ahead of schedule which was great! They are extremely quick, detailed, and left the area spotless after cleanup. I worked closely with assistant manager Dom this second time around and he was very helpful and accommodating. I will do business with them again.

Carpet Mart had the right rug, in the right size, in stock, with free shipping and no tax, so overall was the best price I could find. I read good reviews of them so went ahead with ordering. The shopping experience was easy and seamless and delivery was fast, about 3 working days. They also have a good return policy. I would recommend using Carpet Mart and will come back for my next rug or other flooring needs.
