Very disappointed so far! I ordered a large Oriental Weavers Maharaja 70N Area Rug on December 21. My credit card was charged the same day. When I hadn't received any shipment notification by January 2, I called Carpet & Tile Mart. I was told the carpet would ship in the next "day or two." When I hadn't received a shipment notification by January 5, I called again. I was told the original store that was supposed to ship the carpet did not have it in stock, so a second store was going to ship it, but it had "not arrived" from that store yet. It was expected in the next "day or two," no later than January 8. On the same day (January 5), I received an email notice that the carpet had been shipped. Hooray, I thought! What that apparently meant was that a shipping label had been created. As of today (January 9), the UPS status still shows only that a shipping label was created, but the rug has not yet been shipped nor is there an estimate of when it might be delivered. Twenty days in, Carpet & Tile Mart has my money, and I still have no idea when I will receive the rug. The people that I have spoken to at Carpet & Tile Mart have been pleasant, but the company's performance and customer communication has been very poor. Update: The carpet finally arrived on January 17.

I had a very good experience. The only down side was the product I originally selected, which showed as available on the site, was in fact, not available. But they assisted in locating an alternate, which worked out and was easily swapped with no headaches. So, overall, it was a good experience!

I was nervous about ordering an area rug on line so I called the company who was very gracious to help me. Her reassuring manner gave me comfort on ordering on line. The carpet was delivered quickly. Couldn’t be happier with their service.

Great customer service and communication in fulfilling my flooring order. I hope to not be buying flooring for a long time but when I do I will go back to them.

I ordered a good quality area rug and received two separate discounts that made the price I paid a steal. The rug was shipped within a few days of my order and arrived promptly in excellent condition. I couldn’t be more pleased with both the rug and the transaction.

I was slilghtly disappointed that the two runners didn't match but these are inexpensive runners. I LOVE the one that is more 'yellow' (the other one is more 'ivory'). The colors are fantastic...I just wish they matched.

Super easy to shop online. There was even an option to virtually view my prospective rug in the room before I bought. High quality fair price

I ordered black tiles and received charcoal gray tiles. The difference will be noticeable, since they will be applied next to black tiles.

Sent me one box of flooring that was not even close to the code I ordered. After $166 the product is unbelievable. I saying NOT EVEN CLOSE Heading to the landfill.
