Feb 01,2025Ordered a sample but never received it. Even after 3 attempts and royal mail tracking (which never updated)! Avoid as complete waste of time. Shouldnt take 3 attempts, issue should be rectified by 2nd attempt at the very least!b1512

Feb 01,2025Purchased vinyl flooring 30/12/24, payment taken. Contacted next day to be told item not in stock, but would be by 17/1/25, so stated happy to wait as that was the vinyl I wanted. Contacted to be told item back in stock on 17/1/25 and would be contacted by couriers. Item finally delivered 29/1/25. Vinyl excellent, and very pleased with it, but not a brilliant experience.

Jan 29,2025Good price and I’m happy with the product, however, I was expecting delivery which never came. I chased up the company to be advised the product was never shipped, despite me expecting it to be delivered. The company were good at resolving the problem, but I feel if I hadn’t have chased then I would still be without the product now. To pay £20 for delivery seems steep to receive poor delivery.

Feb 01,2025CW128991 Ordered two vinyl samples to choose between for the kitchen but unfortunately only received one after paying postage. Was very keen to order, but might be best to go to a local store - can get view straight away to take away. Less hassle.
