Dec 21,2024Ordered a roll of carpet for my son’s bedroom 3x4 metres. I had a few emails with customer service after no updates and delivery date being missed. Their customer service is quick to reply, but it becomes apparent they are generic pre written replies which often don’t make sense. I then got an email from the shipping company to say it was due to be delivered the next day, I was given a time and live tracking which worked well. The carpet arrived wrapped in plastic and was opened when our carpet fitter arrived the next day. It was unrolled to reveal not only was the carpet damaged but they’d sent an end of roll 4x2.5metres which was too small for the room. I took photos and emailed the company. I had a reply on the Monday saying they would arrange for it to be collected and that I may have to pay a £50 collection charge!! It took a week before they collected and I was instructed to send back in original packaging, which was not possible as it had come in a plastic sleeve! When the couriers came to collect they thought they were collecting 12 rolls… instead of 12 square metres! Which was what my order was supposed to be. After several calls and photos they accepted that it was just 1 roll and took it away. I decided I would let PayPal deal with the refund as I was getting increasingly concerned I was talking to a bot on the emails and not a person. Thankfully PayPal took over and issued me a full refund. My advice to anyone using this company is pay on a credit card or through PayPal so at least your money is protected if you run in to problems like I did!!

Dec 21,2024#CW126888 Oak coloured parquet vinyl. I was browsing for Oak vinyl flooring and the Carpet Warehouse results showed very competitive prices for the flooring I was looking for. I have received samples from other flooring companies who didn't charge for samples. However, the sample was only £1, so I was happy to pay this; I can imagine they receive many requests from people with no genuine intention of making a purchase, so not a problem at all to pay this nominal fee. I requested the sample to check both the quality and colour of vinyl, and if it fitted the aesthetic I was going for - sample was large enough for me to visualise this. Ordering process was quick and simple, arriving promptly. Very happy with colour and quality of product and will be ordering the room size vinyl once I have finished decorating.

Dec 21,2024Still waiting for my order placed on 10th December…should have been delivered between 13th and 18th December. Been messed around so much with delivery, should have finally been out for delivery today but was marked as unable to deliver- ‘not in van’ never heard such a thing. Urgently need this before Christmas and now I am being blanked by both carpet warehouse and their absolutely shocking couriers so can’t even get my money back to get a rushed replacement before Christmas! My ASD daughter’s birthday/christmas presents are mainly based on a new room makeover so she’s going to be very disappointed we can’t set any of it up without the flooring!! I will never order from here again AVOID at all costs!!!!

Dec 20,2024The level of incompetence that this company dealt with my order is unreal, from when we placed the order(26/11/20240) up to the present day when we still do not have the vinyl that was ordered. We learned, a week after we placed the order that the product was no longer available, so we swapped for a different type of product, with a different color. The fitters were booked way after the order, on the 12th of December, working off the premise that there would be plenty of time to get the order- little did we know that this company has 0 consideration and respect for its customers. I have tried to get in touch and called customer services at least 50 times to no avail, every single time they are allegedly too busy or their voicemail is full. I was forced to cancel the fitters, without any opportunity to get them back this side of Christmas, and by deteriorating relationships with a company I have worked with for a long time. At some point last week I managed to get in touch with someone, not from customer service, but from the sales department who had verified the stage of the order, based on the order number( CW124139) and promised that the order will arrive this Wednesday- to our shock, we also learned that the order wasn't even dispatched to that point. Needless to say, the order hasn't arrived on the promised date, today is Thursday, and no sign of them, and no confirmation, absolutely no interest whatsoever on their part. Everyone, stay away from this company or you will regret dealing with these incompetents.

Dec 19,2024I have given Carpet Warehouse a 1 star rating as Zero star isn't an option. Without doubt the worst online company I have ever dealt with. Ordered items on the 2nd of December 2024 and despite the status update saying "Dispatched" the items arrived on the 16th December (4 days after what was originally agreed). Despite emailing the "Carpet Warehouse" expressing the urgency of these items to complete a job, they failed to provide an alternative delivery method. I offered to arrange for my own courier, collect myself or even pay extra for them to provide a quicker service. They declined all options. All email correspondences to enquiries appear to be generated by AI bots as there is never any compassion, nor do they actually answer your questions directly. I have not used the flooring that i ordered, as the products didn't turn up in time for me to complete the job i was contracted to. DO NOT USE is my recommendation. Incompetent company at its finest.

I contacted as my order was marked as dispatched however didn’t receive tracking info - on the last day it was supposed to arrive I received an email it was delayed by 2 days (13/12) - I wait and told I will receive beginning or mid next week. I contacted customer service a few times and hit with the same scripted responses that don’t answer my email, I asked if order has been dispatched and was told thanks for clarifying. Just received an email my order will not be here til mid January, if I had been informed of this from beginning I would have cancelled order. Went with this site as it is advertised as having good reviews however this is also false with trust pilot rating not reflecting correctly.

Dec 24,2024Do not recommend. Ordered flooring on 1st December and still not recieved it due to numerous delivery errors, including sending me someone else's flooring with all their personal information on the label. Still haven't been sent a refund even though I've requested one 3 times now.
