Sep 25,2024Was about to buy the car of my dreams, all looked really well, I used Cartell premium, within minutes I received a full comprehensive report, with many major red flags, financing/milage/ ect, Colette and Gerldine from Cartell were fantastic, really helpful, easy to reach, on hand for many phone calls!! (Thanks Ladies) they explained all the issues to me and answered all my questions, above and beyond really, if your buying a car, get the check, and if your getting a check do it with Cartell, the fee is a small price to pay for peace of mind, and great service, they literally helped me dodge a E15,000 bullet.

Aug 26,2024I submitted a cartell check and noticed an issue within the history report of the vehicle in question. Within 15 minutes Collette of Cartell returned my call and provided all the information needed she was a tremendous help and a credit to the company.

Nov 27,2023I phoned Cartell and spoke with Colette who couldn't have been more knowledgeable and helpful - thank you Colette - this is a great service especially when there are a fair few people and garages selling imports with no previous history available until Colette told me how to check imports - brilliant! I'm checking as I bought an import, it was fine, but I would avoid imports in the future if possible

Nov 23,2023I bought a report almost a year ago. And the owner had stated that the millage discrepancy was only an inputting issue which didn’t bother me. I am selling my car now and the issue I had with people not being interested due to the discrepancy caused me to loose the sale of the car. I contacted Cartell to see if they could just give me more information on the discrepancy so I could see if there was anything I could do(I wouldn’t have a clue how to do it). Geraldine contacted me via and live chat and then called me. She was so helpful over the phone and then said that she would try and fix the issue for me, providing I could give documentation on services, providing this she would submit the claim to the English department which deals with the millage and fix the cars millage discrepancy on importation. Two days later I get a call from Geraldine and the issue has been resolved. I couldn’t recommend a more helpful and better service. This is my first time leaving a review anywhere but the help I got I just had to. Thanks for all your help Geraldine!!!

Nov 10,2023Got a clear result and agreed to pay €21,000 for the car, when I went to transfer my Insurance, the Insurance Company advised the vehicle had been written off & they couldn’t put it on cover without an engineers report. Lucky for me, otherwise I would have trusted the Cartell report. This vehicle was not an import and only two years old

Nov 05,2023I recently used Cartell before buying the car I subsequently purchased. The report received was very comprehensive and thorough. The car had outstanding dealer finance which was highlighted. Several times I had to contact Cartell via web chat and phone and each time I dealt with Geraldine. She was extremely helpful, couldn’t have been nicer, answered all my questions promptly and even called me to let me know when the finance was cleared. Geraldine really went above and beyond for me as she knew I was anxious to secure the car. Would highly recommend and use again.

Pointed out high amount of previous owners and to check insurance company as can cause issues which I did not know. Very knowledgable and straight to the point with the information being clear. Altogether really happy with great customer service

He is always on the other end of the phone if any queries at all, and very helpful in checking things out if any queries on a history check that we have carried out, He is a Gentleman to deal with and couldn't be more helpful with anything we check with him and always a response in a very timely manner. He has made our dealings with Cartell very easy and is always ready at other end of phone when we have any queries. We are very happy with the service that Cartell Provides and with staff like Donal at other end of phone if any queries it leaves them a pleasure to deal with.

Sep 04,2023I am not saying this checks are not correct, but it can be confusing who to trust? I was going to buy a car and did a check with another competitor company, the report showed that the car was an economy write off, that prompted me to ask this company to investigate further to comfirm the flag, which they did, and truly it was an insurance economy writeoff that I was told remains on the car. I ask the seller who said yes there was a damaged repair, but nothing showed as writeoff, but this accident and repair resulted in the writeoff of the car by the insurance company, this was not explained to us when we came to inquire about the car, until I did the check. The seller insist that they did with Cartell, and there was no alert or flag for a writeoff, but they knew the car was involved in an accident, the other check flagged that the car was an economy writeoff by the competitor company I now did a Cartell on the same car last night, and there was no information about a write off, strange right? and why? I also came to trustpilot to check the sellers, one review and it state clearly, do not buy from this seller they sell writeoff vehicles, that was enough for me to know that the other compnay check was accurate I hope Cartell will improve on this part, it can be painful to spend so much on a car to find out later in the year that one bought an insurance writeoff
