Fabulous two days with Paul at Millbrook. Complete Stage 3 & Stage 4 driver training. Loved the content, plenty to take away too & implement. Will be back for sure

Training with Colin at CAT was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, it was an absolute eye-opener, and I came away with a newfound appreciation for driving and my performance car. The amount I learned was absolutely remarkable. I really feel that Colin can take your driving to a whole new level. It was like unlocking a whole new setting of my car! Colin is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. His passion for driving is evident and he shares his wisdom with a contagious enthusiasm. His ability to break down complex concepts into understandable, practical steps made the learning process smooth and enjoyable. I can't recommend training with CAT enough. If you own a high-performance vehicle, a CAT course is a must.

Had a fantastic day at CAT Driver Training. Very professional and friendly set up. A few key things that really made this an amazing learning experience. The facilities are unique and give a very safe environment to learn in your own car. The other really key aspect is that I found Colin has a natural ability to impart information in a really calm and understandable way that encourages you to really develop your skills during the day. I will be booking another follow on session for when the weather improves! Great job to all at CAT Driver training!

What a great day out. I was nervous about going, taking my pride and joy onto a track without insurance. I need not have worried, Colin and Paul are superb instructors and kept us safe and rubber side down all day. Highlights of the day Exploring the limits of the car Realising those crafty German engineers have all but eliminated oversteer on my motor The wizardry that is trail braking and last but not least 130mph on a banked track. Fantastic. Thanks all at CAT training.

Superb tuition, tailored to both my individual strengths and weaknesses and the characteristics of the vehicle. Well judged pace and plenty of chances for feedback and mid-training corrections. I really understood the engineering and physics behind the practical application of vehicle handling etc. SUPERB. And the best instructor I have ever had.

The day was very well structured with a great balance between classroom theory and track practice. The instructors were fantastic coaching a very clear driving process and enabling me to understand why driving inputs affect the car in specific ways in particular situations. I learnt so much!

I can't express how thrilled I am with the outstanding training I received from CAT Driver Training at Millbrook! Their expertise in performance track driving elevated my skills to a whole new level. They tailored the sessions to suit my needs and my Porsche 911, ensuring every aspect of the training was relevant and beneficial. Brilliant learning experience on performance driving, delivered by a fantastic driving coach, Paul. Understanding the behaviour of the car in different conditions, pushing the car towards the limits (and beyond them on the dynamics pad!) , all in a safe environment with superb guidance from Paul.

The experience was frightening, exhilarating & rewarding. Took me out of my comfort zone & showcased the capabilities of my car. I’m a much better driver for the experience. Colin, Jo and Paul took time to understand what each of us wanted to achieve from the day, it was very well structured and a very safe learning environment. All the team are very knowledgeable in their area and this was enhanced by Chris & Pete from Center Gravity who arranged the day. My confidence with the car and my own skill set has improved with lessons I will be able to use for the rest of my driving days. It certainly leaves me wanting to learn more about how I can improve and enjoy driving performance cars even more, so I will certainly be exploring the 1:1 options. Thank you for a superb day, truly memorable.

I’d been looking into booking training with CAT over the past 18 months…I’ll be honest and say the cost put me off initially. But returning home late on a Monday evening after a fantastic day, I can truly say ‘you get what you pay for…and more! Millbrook is unique and allows the Instructors to really push you and your car in an extremely safe environment. It’s not just generic training but tailored specifically to you and your car. Example…I now know how my car behaves in every driving mode and why it behaves differently, and the best mode to use that suits my current abilities. I could go on for hours praising this course (L1)…but I’ll keep it short and say if you are on the fence…get it booked, you won’t regret it! Lots of highlights from my day, most memorable was feeling the car break traction, and then slowly pushing it further to the point of spin. A very worthwhile experience…and I’ll be back again Spring 2024. Thanks to all at CAT!

I did a club day with CAT and I had the best time. Colin, Jo and Paul were excellent hosts, very friendly and welcoming. Everything was explained very clearly before we set out to do each exercise. When a day is this much fun you almost don't realise how much you are learning. Colin's skill at getting across his knowledge is outstanding. He quickly assessed my ability and got to work. The results were immediate and with practice will last a lifetime. I cannot recommend the training I received at CAT highly enough. I had been considering training with them for a while so when the opportunity to go on a club day (instructor/pupil ratio 1:3) I grabbed it. I now plan to go back for some 1:1 tuition.

Thanks Colin and Paul and Jo and Lynne (CAT) and Chris and Pete and Holly (Center Gravity) for combining the software (advanced driving skills) with the hardware (advanced suspension set-up) to optimise my 993 for fast road driving and to optimise me as a driver. I learned so much in just one day, from knowing how to stop fast to knowing how to trail brake. With new found confidence in the car and myself I can't wait to take those lessons with me on the open roads. A great experience all round. I can't wait for the next one. 👍

I attended the Performance Driving Course on Friday 29/9 which was superb. Utilising the tremendous Millbrook facility, Paul took us through the essential elements of performance driving both theoretically and practically which allowed me to much better appreciate both my cars and my capabilities. I came away much more confident in both! I hope to be able to continue my learning possibly with a track emphasis at a future date. No hesitation in thoroughly recommending CAT for anyone wishing to improve their driving at whatever level.
