Dec 22,2021Cannot fault C&C. They provided a quote and didn’t hassle me to pick them (like other firms). When I did choose them as my surveyors they were quick, efficient and extremely friendly. I was able to get my survey done within two days of requesting it and my report was back within 3 working days. When I called up to enquire rough timelines, Emma kindly spoke to the surveying/reports team to ensure I could get my report through separate to the valuation to not cause further delays. Emma was super the whole way through, cannot fault their level of service!

Dec 20,2021From the moment I was in touch with C&C, they were friendly, well-organised and great at communicating. The survey went ahead as planned and the report was shared quickly and clearly. The only slightly negative point was the slightly serious/scary language and communication around all of the responsibility on the client (me) around fees to do with cancellation and rescheduling etc. which could be communicated in a more customer-friendly tone. I understand these processes are necessary but it felt a little intimidating. All in all I recommend C&C for an easy, swift, on the whole friendly service. Many thanks

Nov 20,2021Every aspect of the survey, from making initial inquiries, to the actual survey was dealt with in an efficient and helpful way. The receptionist, having said I would have to wait a few days as there was a backlog, got in touch to offer a much earlier appointment due to a cancellation. The surveyor arrived on time and was efficient and courteous. The survey arrived within the stipulated period and was professional and thorough. Cannot fault C&C at all!
