Ordered EarPods when arrived no charging cable. These where A grade after this went to contact EarPods to find they were still connected to someone else’s apple account. Had to travel a good distance 45 mins for new one showing on website after arriving at location to be told website was incorrect. Wasted journey as had to reorder online really wanted to avoid this as wanted to check everything was in the box and heading on holidays so need them for that. Just hope the new ones are here in time for my travels. AirPods arrived today and this is insane but they are also connected to someone else’s apple account. Absolutely crazy now I have to go to another shop to return them. So FRUSTRATING!

I was sent the wrong GPU, after waiting weeks for too finally buy a 2060super from the website, I was expecting a 2060 Super NVIDIA branding, But instead was sent a FAULTY Asus 2060 super, the dimensions of both cards greatly differ and make a huge difference when it comes too PC's as not all PC towers are same size and that's why dimensions matter, that being said I would of kept the ASUS 2060 super if it wasn't BROKEN, and obviously too, upon minutes of installation of the GPU too my PC the PC started its automatic updates and some drivers was installed, soon as that was done artifacting was being shown on the windows home page, (Pixels distorted and moving in a line across and downwards on the monitor), this was only on the home page, so I went ahead downloading the latest drivers for the GPU (Nvidia App) and then it became even worse when on sites like youtube etc. I went ahead and booted a game on Medium settings and it was terrible, giant objects in the sky that shouldn't of been there, clearly had artifacts badly, so last of all I went ahead and ran a simple bench tester, on medium settings again (keep in mind this card should of been able play the game I ran and bench tester on ultra at 1080p without any issues) but yes it failed terrible showing some of the WORST arifacts I've ever seen in my life. And ive spent countless hours watching LinusTechTips on youtube and never seen anything like this ever not even in their videos that specialized in GPU ARTIFACTING, so with all that being said I came too conclusion this GPU wasn't tested, and sold on without knowledge of issues it had, when I said this too a customer service rep they insisted that each product is tested, so if it has would it been sold on, because from what I know GPU's don't show the issues this one had just from being sat on shelf, so there's no way possible the GPU was tested and then after testing got this issue, I considered getting another 2060 super sent too me in exchange for the faulty one, but ultimately have decided too source my future PC's purchases off a different company, (which there is plenty in German and Netherlands) and some the prices for BRAND NEW equipment is matching USED equipment on CeX, so for anyone buy any PC parts I'd strongly advise you too continue your search else where and don't go too CeX as you don't really know what your going too get because they don't really know what they're doing it seems, the Customer service rep insisted it was tested which is even more embarrassing on their part too claim.

Ordering was super easy and package well. Took a bit longer to arrive than expected but not too long. I ordered an Xbox One and it had plenty padding and had a hdmi (which is now a spare), it works well. All and all happy with the purchase.

Got sent the wrong item and they never got back to me when I sent them a refund form
Ordered a SNES and a SNES controller. They sent me a SNES controller but sent me a N64 instead of the SNES console. Even though this was their mistake I now have to either post back the console or return it in store and wait 2-3 weeks to get the correct console. The nearest store that has a SNES in stock is a 45 minute drive away so that's not an option. I understand mistakes get made, but CeX make it very inconvenient for the customer to try and correct the mistake made by CeX.
