Feb 08,2025I online bought Samsung watch with Samsung earbuds. The Samsung watch came with completely different strap than advertised in the picture, The charger from the watch was dirty and not even the correct plug for it, Had to return the airbuds because both were absolutely useless couldn't hear anything from them. Both both in (b) condition. Won't be using cex again, Modern day gangsters. Retuning products was simple enough and straightforward

Feb 08,2025The controller that came with the console is faulty, and they didn't include a controller charging cable nor a hdmi cable. However, customer support promptly rectified the situation, replacing the controller and supplying the missing cables.
