Feb 14,2025I bought this to replace my wife’s ailing windows 10 laptop. Much faster, lighter and user friendly than windows has become. I will not be purchasing any windows 11 machines ever. Great device, battery level good. Screen is comfortable even at 13”. Will get a good few years use

Feb 14,2025Product arrived to me with a crust of dirt and some sort of black gunk on it. I wrote a feedback and the response was to send it back, which was not an option because I needed the watch. So I had the straps replaced and the watch cleaned. Is fair enough to receive an item um some use marks as it is second hand, but to receive the item filthy dirty is wild.
