I am always dubious when something says "Mint" or "Exceptional" but in fairness to Charles Fish when I got the watch their description was 100% accurate. Exceptionally packaged, safe and secure, when I received my watch I could have sworn it was brand new. Nice touch to include watch cleaning equipment with it too. Had reason to quickly call Charles Fish customer service on receipt and they could not have been more helpful. Top class service.
