I went in there to get a price for a watch battery it was half the price of everywhere else I looked and the staff could not be more helpful and friendly I would like to make a special mention to saffron and Georgie as they were most helpful and delightfully professional and friendly just what you need in a lovely store. I shall definitely be a returning customer and I want to thank them very much and my watch battery is perfect now I was so tempted to get rid of the watch as I didn’t want to pay over the odds for a new battery and now I’m really glad I have as the price was right thank you very much Bruce and k wickham

Jul 29,2022The next day delivery that I paid for was delayed due to the weather condition but when I asked for a refund of the cost of the next day delivery, they just ignored me and posted the item anyway charging me the original amount. I didn’t accept the parcel and had to chase them for the refund. Don’t recommend.
