I spoke to a chap called Luke who was so helpful & told me to send it back for a full refund. Eventually I bit the bullet & bought my dream watch…Rolex submariner, 2006 model it looks brand new all documents & original box etc. I’m super pleased & what a great price too. I’d highly recommend Charles Fish & I’d happily purchase another watch from these guys.

I purchased a preowned Pelagos FXD last week ( Nov 24) and am absolutely delighted with both the product and the service. The watch exceeds its condition description in-fact I suspect it is unworn as I can find no marks whatsoever. I feel the price was very fair. It arrived very well packaged with all of it’s documentation beautifully presented. It arrived in a timely manner and by secure delivery. Excellent service very well done. Nov 18,2024When I asked for an estimate for my watch Charles Fish emailed me very quickly with a good quotation. The sales process was stress free and quick. They arranged pick up from my house for next day delivery and notified me immediately they had received the watch. They inspected the watch next working day and confirmed the estimate they had emailed me originally. I was delighted with the whole process.

Dec 13,2024Sold a Rolex watch to Charles fish. You will always get a quick decision, and good price on your time piece. It’s an extremely quick service. You send the watch, or take it to there store. It sent for evaluation. Then you sign a few things, via e mail if you are happy to sell. The money will be to your bank account transferred, to buy another watch😀. I have done this before. And bought 2 watches from them this year. I shall be buying more watches in the future. And selling more watches with them.
