From the moment I first contacted them to the point of receiving the payment the communication from Luke was amazing. There was no pushiness or pestering with emails or phone calls. The responses were prompt and the whole transaction was smooth and efficient. I live some distance from Charles Fish so my watch was collected at no cost to me by DHL, fully insured. They received the watch the next working day at 13:05, I had a purchase offer within an hour and the money was in my bank an hour after that. Luke was brilliant all throughout. What's more, I was offered the same amount as they originally estimated before even seeing the watch. I'm super impressed and thoroughly recommend them.

Not only is the ring more beautiful in real life but it was packaged so lovely then secured in a box with complimentary discount offer and lovely little envelope with business card making it all look top quality. These little touches go a long way in my opinion. I can now shop again knowing my purchase is safe and secure and posted next day.

Your post purchase communications as to delivery are however absent at this point

Sep 19,2024Absolutely 1st class. With trepidation I sent my precious item at their instruction fully insured and paid by them with DHL. LUKE gave me clear instructions and was enormously helpful. The item cld be tracked and arrived with them at the end of the next day. The following day AARON confirmed the generous offer after inspection. Today I will receive the money promised. How marvellous to deal with such honest people. BTW I only dealt with them because I read the reviews on Trustpilot. I never make a move without consulting Trustpilot.

Sep 17,2024When you reach out to the market to sell a Rolex some retailers see it as a way to make a fast buck as if the sensors are ‘we need the money so let’s lift your leg’. Not with these guys they gave me the money the watch was worth with no sharp intakes of breath or haggling! Thank you for your professional service.

Only snag was while trying to pay online the website wouldn't accept a card (even when I was on the phone to my bank at the same time to see what was happening). Aaron found a solution though. The Rokex arrived immaculately packaged, polished and with the bracelet resized. Thank you.
