May 30,2023Smoked Haddock Gratin - there was a bit of fish in it, but smoked? It didn't taste like smoked haddock, just of cheese. Very disappointing indeed.

May 29,2023Just had the charlie Bingham meal for 2 from Tesco the chicken&ham En croute,potato dauphinoise and cherry bakewell pudding, absolutely lovely everything was great and the chicken in the pastry was so moist,and the pudding had lots of lovely cherries,couldn't fault it,well worth £15.

May 26,2023The Cherry Bakewell is to die for! Absolutely superb, lots of juicy cherries and not too sweet. We enjoyed it immensely and will definitely buy again.

May 26,2023Wow wow wow. Just had the fish pie and chicken and mushroom risotto. Fantastic dishes and flavour is amazing. Only downside was when my plate was empty and I had none left to eat.

May 16,2023Recently found a large piece of plastic in one of the macaroni and cheese ready meals. Contacted the company direct and eventually had to report them to the local council, who instructed an investigation. It was found that the plastic had come from one of the tubs that is used to store raw ingredients. I was lucky to notice the plastic before consuming it - given the likeness to a piece of macaroni the outcome could have been serious harm caused to me had I consumed it. The company fobbed me off with a voucher - but this has never been received by me.

May 15,2023Anyone who has tried the Charlie Bigham range of dishes will already know - they are delicious. Just the right amount for the dinner plate, authentic tastes, and wonderful subtle flavours. (Even the simplest of foods, his creamed potato topping is yummy). My husband is a great cook, but when he needs a night off, we sit down to a 'Charlie'. Always reliable, always delicious.

May 10,2023I really don't bother doing reviews very often.ive been walking up and down the ready meal isle trying to decide what to eat.i never expect a lot from a ready meal,just a quick dinner wich is OK.i enjoyed tesco finest but now I've had Charlie bighams I am blown away.thay truly are restaurant quality. I actually go into tesco just to get one.the red Thai curry is out of this world.i really didn't think a ready meal could b so delicious.perfection and you can tell thay really take pride in what thay do.belive me,try one and you will see why I've had to b botherd to make this review. First class

Apr 20,2023All of the Charlie Bigham meals we've eaten have been delicious, the Thai curries and tikka masala being our favourites. So tasty and a great option instead of a takeaway or just when you need a tasty meal but don't have time/energy to cook, they never disappoint

Apr 17,2023We are about to have your Boeuf Bourgignon/Potato Dauphinoise combo for 2. Comfort food is needed after husband had a small op on Thursday. We love Charlie Bigham’s. We like to eat fresh/homecooked but on the odd occasion have a Charlie Bigham and it is always delicious. Particular favourite are Mac ‘n cheese but also the Fish pie and the Meatballs + husband also loves the Lasagne.

Apr 15,2023Brilliant Steak and Ale pie. Having been converted to Charlie Bighams - by the marvellous Chicken and Mushroom pie. I wondered if the Steak and Ale could match it. It did - another great pie - full of quality ingredients and truly delicious.

Apr 06,2023Brilliant food, restaurant quality. I didn’t really like fish until I ate the fish pie…..now one of my favourites. I find it hard to believe how such intricately prepared and tasty food can be simply warmed up. Quite remarkable

May 31,2023I just wanted to say that your products are amazing. We've tried most of them and OMG. 1. They're ADHD-friendly (relatively quick, very simple, in wood so I can avoid plates if I need to). 2. They taste great. 3. The portions sometimes look small but, once you start eating, you soon see they're actually very filling. 4. The meats are great. They are a weekly staple for my husband and I. So I just wanted to pass on my thanks and keep it up! PS: We're big lamb eaters here in Shetland - our Tesco have finally noticed this and are bringing in a lot more lamb products. Might be something to consider, more lamb options.
