A very disappointing pie, and every expensive! Sloppy, nasty mash, not much fish for a lot of money! Remove from all your shelves supermarkets, or sell for £2-50!

Very disappointed in your Fish Pie, plenty of mashed potato & white sauce but VERY little fish. Poor value for money & will not buy again. Bighams need to really up their game as there are too many poor reviews. They should be worried by these poor reviews. Far too expensive for what you get.

The instructions on their product (Moroccan chicken) don't match the items provided. You try to email / chat for help and you get their 'knowledge base: which is short hand for' we can't be arsed to help you... Hear read some irrelevant nonsense until you give up'. For a premium brand Charlie Bigham's, you sure don't know how to build a relationship with your customers! I won't become one of those again. Very poor!

We love Charlie Bingham’s meals. They are the nearest to homemade I have found and the portions are very generous

Purchased the fish pie x 2 from Tesco 29/12 disappointed is the biggest understatement I can make £7.50 a pop, disgraceful, mashed potato, milk other junk.... where's the fish???? 14% cod, no way... 9% salmon, nope..4% smoked haddock no chance, and to make things worse I've got 2 x Lasagne in the fridge £7.50 a pop again, roll on tomorrow "not"

Have contacted the customer feedback of bighams but reading other people’s experiences not expecting much to happen Purchased their ‘ luxury fish pie’ Although quite tasty but not exceptional it lacked an important ingredient namely fish !!! It should be labelled mash potato pie as that was the main constituent!! If no response received I will contact Sainsbury’s to suggest they stop selling these overpriced underwhelming products

Hurriedly shopping in Waitrose I was attracted by a lovely Breton scene on a pack of "Charlie Bingham" Breton Chicken. 10/10 for the pack, but the food was awful ... far, far too much salt, and as for boasting cheddar cheese in a "Breton " dish, that too was totally wrong, and overpowering. My last purchase of this branded food.

I have always enjoyed the Charlie Bigham range of meals for two in my local Waitrose. After a recent experience on holiday in Devon, where on this one occasion the quality of the food was not to the usually very high standard, after contacting Charlie Bigham's customer service team I cannot thank them enough for their concern, kindness and thoroughness in resolving this problem. Their level of customer service exceeding any that I have experienced before. I will continue to enjoy the meals and will always remember the top quality response I received from Charlie's team and also personally from Charlie. 10/10

We purchased Charlie Bighams steak and ale pies from Waitrose. These were the worst pies we have ever bought. They were stuffed so full of carrot that they should have been labelled vegetable pies. I'm not sure that there was any beef at all in them - certainly there was none discernable. The only other content was slimy gravy that also had a high, unpleasant tasting carrot content. We tried to get in touch with Bighams twice through their customer contact page on their website but no-one bothered to respond. We have phoned several times and only got through to an answerphone. No one once again has bothered to get back in touch. We have tried several departments including sales, marketing, reception, recruitment. No one answers. I suppose that if you make such disgusting pies you'll also have woefully indadequate customer service. We've also worked out that the pastry content is probably about 50%. But they don't tell you that on the packaging. Instead they choose to use "wackaging" to pull their customers in and make them appear to be a company that cares. No they don't. In fact food experts are calling this type of packaging patronising to its customers. If Charlie Bigham chooses to run his company with total lack of regard and respect for his customers he shouldn't expect to be in business for much longer. But if you were making as much money as he is from his innocent customers, would you care? Certainly we'll never buy one of his products again and I would urge other people to think twice before doing so.
