His preparation was spot on and nearly 70 members of our staff were transferred to the new system with zero break in service. Nothing was too much trouble and we are very grateful for the level of detail and flexibility shown. Very highly recommended.

Jul 07,2023After dealing with the company since last September and having probably the worst experience I've ever had with a company I was dreading the engineer coming to fix the phones. Chris arrived on Thursday 6th July and he immediately put me at ease as he was very professional and explained everything as he was going along. He made all our existing IT was transferred over before he made any changes and then explained everything clearly as he was going along. He then arrived on Friday 7th July and we had a few issues that we needed cleared up and he went out of his way to fix these and we are very happy with his professionalism and he made sure we were all very happy with the phones. Overall an excellent experience cannot recommend enough!!

Jul 24,2023Whatever you do please make very sure that when you renew your contract with this company that it is suitable for your needs. Do not rely on them to set up the correct contract for you. They are not acting in your best interests. We are now locked into a very expensive 2 year contract because we assumed they were acting in our best interests. SHOP AROUND AND DO NOT BE AFRAID TO CHANGE TO ANOTHER PROVIDER.
