May 18,2023The actual service provided internet and phone was good no problems there. When it came to try and leave and port the number to another provider it took months of no replies. Endless portal tickets, lots of emails. Now we have left chess completely that are still billing us and trying to sort that out is just as slow and painful as the porting !!

I had to ask him to call back twice in the afternoon as the first two times he called i was on Teams meetings and he was really good about it. He called back promptly each time and fixed the issue in less than 5 mins. lovely to dealith.
