Kerryann was extremely efficient, pleasant to talk to and explained everything that she was going to do clearly and concisely. She explained that my router would accommodate a change of address automatically.This was followed by an e mail confirming this. I have found Chess to be consistently customer focussed …….modern technology with customer care often considered to be a thing of the past.
