We have had Martin Cosgrove installing our new cloud voice system. He level of customer service was outstanding. He guided us through the new telephone system and answered any questions we had. I felt so confident in our new system and Martin even left me his email incase I have any further questions. Couldn't thank him enough!

Have had to leave chess due to no compensation after not having use of the phone line for at least 6 weeks, the line was down due to a broken pole which effected myself and 2 other neighbours who were with BT to which they received very generous compensation, so I am now moving on to B T who offer me a good contract and I will have more confidence in

Helped with a problem I was having in regards to porting over a Number from ChessICT. Went out of his way to make sure that the right information was given so I could continue my porting request without any further interruptions.
CHECK YOUR BILLS!!! Was being charged for 3 different kinds of protection that I hadn’t signed up for. They automatically opt you into a 3 month free trial then start charging you. If you don’t realise they’ll sign you up to more!!! Phone charges are capped at £15 per month but was being charged £4.99 per month for fraud protection. Router went faulty and was paying for router protection, ended up having to buy a new router for what worked out to be 5 months payments!!! Stop the scam, check your bills and cancel all the rogue charges!
Liz was easy to talk to, very professional yet personal also, Liz explained the contract and the offer, she made it easy to sign the new contract.
Gareth has always given us great service! We have dealt with Chess for many years and Gareth has always sorted any issues out.
Ricky responded to our queries and questions really well. He is going the extra mile to produce reports to enable us to understand what we current use and the costs of these services moving forward.
