Jul 31,2024The seat on my 18 year old Villeroy & Boch toilet recently broke and I thought it might be difficult to find a replacement seat for it in view of its age and not knowing which model it was. Having searched and found Choice Replacement Toilet Seat Shop online I can only say the customer service experience with them was fantastic from start to finish. I followed their on line guide and emailed the measurements required and a few photographs. Less than 48 hours later I received a detailed and very helpful email from Alex who had identified the exact toilet seat that I needed and offered a range of choices for that model. I had a few other questions before buying and Alex responded very promptly to my email and provided a lot of very helpful advice and information. I then placed an order and the replacement seat was delivered within 2 days. Needless to say it fitted perfectly and what I thought might be a difficult issue to deal with was actually incredibly easy thanks to the brilliant help and service provided by Alex and Choice Replacement Toilet Seat Shop. I fully recommend anyone to contact them for great advice, help and products.
