Jul 14,2024I ordered the toilet seat on Sunday evening and it arrived 2 days later on the Tuesday. Exactly as advertised. Website is easy to use and very helpful by giving alternatives if your chosen seat is not available, which is what happened to me. My seat was a bit pricey but with an unusual shape seat and unable to get it anywhere else since my toilet is discontinued I was very pleased with the overall service and experience with this company.

Jul 13,2024I sent an email to them about a replacement toilet seat lid and they responded super quick the following day. They added a link to show me the correct lid that I needed to buy. The ordering process was straightforward and the tracking was helpful. My package arrived within a day or two in perfect condition. New lid has been fitted. Very impressed with the help I originally received, thank you. A very friendly, trusted and helpful company.

Jul 10,2024Replacing a 20+ year old Doulton (Milan range) toilet seat and lid is a tricky business, and it had to be custom made to fit. Good advise was provided throughout the pre-ordering process; subsequently ordered and delivered very well packed and with clear fitting instructions. And, happily, it fitted perfectly! Can certainly recommend this company.

Jul 08,2024The seat itself was fab, bespoke and colour-coated to perfectly match the RAL colour I ordered, the bolts supplied did not fit the nuts supplied but we were able to sort this issue ourself.

Jul 14,2024Good price and the only one's able to provide the colour we required. Only slightly disappointed as colour is noticeably darker than the rest of the suite but at least its close.
