Jul 17,2024There were so many things that went wrong including, incorrect mailing address which they tried to blame me for, communications, on one call I was passed onto a number of different departments before arriving at the correct one. Normally, unless it is to do with direct sales you are required to email. Difficulty in ascertaining the correct fitting as the customer cannot take out the hinges from their sealed bag as the item becomes unreturnable. The seat arrived damaged. I offered to keep it if the company were able to offer a part refund, this was refused. The seat cost £64, is thinner than the original and I suspect is less durable. I finally decided to keep it in view of the difficulty I had accessing the same shape and didn't want any more issues.

Jul 17,2024I emailed to ask for help in locating the right fittings for my toilet seat, was advised what to get to avoid having to replace the whole fitting, which would have costed £40. Instead was suggested to get just grommets at 3.50. They didn’t quite fit to start with but a bit of sanding down the plastic base me made them work and I saved a lot of money.

Jul 18,2024I ordered a soft close toilet seat on 23/2/24 but was delivered one that was not soft close. Because I had opened the packaging without realising it wasn't soft close, a refund was not available. I ordered a replacement toilet seat, stipulating that it needed to be soft closing on 18/3/24, cost £208.80. After a lot of chasing on my behalf it was finally delivered on 22/5/24. Fortunately I checked the seat before opening this time and realised that it wasn't soft close again. I returned the second toilet seat in early June and then didn't hear anything for six weeks. I phoned on the 17/7/24 and it appears that I had been forgotten about. A toilet seat was delivered two days later which was again the wrong type. I phoned the company and the manner of the service agent was completely disrespectful and downright rude. They wouldn't listen, didn't apologise and didn't believe me. The serviced from start to finish has been appalling.
