Dec 30,2024Bought the 80cm multi coloured star light for our front window and it looks absolutely fantastic. It was a very easy process throughout and got the light at a great price. My only regret is, after seeing how nice it was, I tried to purchase two of the 50cm version for our smaller windows upstairs but it was sold out.

Dec 30,2024Bought 3x boxes of multi coloured 600 LED Christmas lights. Look good, worked okay once on but took 50 minutes each box to untangle… didn’t bother with the third box.

Dec 29,2024The finished product is good but the screws provided to put it together are very poor and not fit for purpose. This makes it difficult to construct and I am concerned it may deconstruct when moved.

Dec 29,2024I purchased the Fraser Christmas tree but unfortunately it wasn’t like the picture on the website. I called Christow to enquire how to return the item. They sent me an email with a ‘link’ to Evri. I followed all the steps and returned the parcel within a couple of days to my local Evri Parcel Shop. After several days I called Christow as I had not received confirmation of my return. I was asked to wait a few more days, which I did. When I called again I was told that they had not received the item. I gave them the Evri parcel number and after some investigation on their part I was told that it was delivered somewhere else and it was up to me to contact Evri and sort the matter out!!! Why? They knew where it was and I had used Evri at their request. I questioned this and was met with “it is company policy blah blah blah”! So, because I followed their instructions and the parcel gets lost and it’s my fault?!! To say this was stressful was an understatement. I had no tree and they still had my £85 and were being extremely unhelpful! I rang yet again and was put on hold and then lo and behold they had received my tree! I cried on the phone because they had caused me so much stress and I the had to wait over a week for my refund! Seriously, if you want to buy from them go ahead, but don’t say you haven’t been warned about returning an item and getting a refund. Never again!

Dec 29,2024I bought the Frosted Artificial Alpine Fir Christmas Tree and it’s superb. I was skeptical about the snow falling off but it’s really great quality and barely any has. Easy to assemble with three main parts. I folded and shaped each limb and angled some of the frosted branches down with what would be the weight of the snow, and its looks very realistic. I would highly recommend this tree. Thank you Christow Home

Dec 27,2024Really happy with our outdoor lights - good pricing, easy ordering and came SUPER quick! Lights perfect too, and love the simple, easy to use timer - 6 hrs on, 18 hours off. Hoping they will last a few Christmases but will def buy again when needed.
