Jan 18,2025Fast delivery, but if you receive faulty items be prepared for a long complicated process before you get your money back. You will find it easier and in some cases cheaper to just look in your local well known shops.

Jan 17,2025I bought a string of 3000 LED cluster Christmas lights and also a string of 1000 LEDs. There is a noticeable difference in brightness between the two (the 3000 one is dimmer). Aside from this the service was very good.

Jan 16,2025I purchased two 1.8m led Snow Birch Trees from Christow Home in November 2024 and the delivery was fast and efficient. Unfortunately one was faulty and I contacted their customer service department. I had an amazing experience with this company! The customer service was top-notch, and their quick response exceeded my expectations. They immediately sent a replacement via express delivery. I was so impressed and in awe of their outstanding customer service, especially in today's world. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service. Jan 14,2025An absolute disaster of a company. They simply do not care that they supplied shoddy goods and will try every trick in the book to avoid providing a refund. I still haven’t received a refund so I raised a dispute via PayPal. They then offered through PayPal a partial refund and so PayPal closed the case. They then stated PayPal had to provide the refund not them! Despite numerous messages they ignore me totally now. Shocking customer service if I could give no stars I would. AVOID THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS AT ALL COST.

Jan 10,2025Love these new lights, ready for next December. Very fast dispatch and delivery. Only down side is that because instructions/usage are printed on outside of box as one takes off sellotape it pulls off the top layer of of cardboard
