Sep 19,2024When the folding garden table and chairs arrived, one of the boxes was badly damaged in transit, and a removable chair foot was broken. Christow were so helpful and tried to find a replacement, without success, and to my surprise sent 2 replacement chairs! Their customer care team were first class, they really do care when a problem arises and go the extra mile to put things right and support their customer.
