Dec 20,2024Bought two items at same time. One was delivered. Evri said other item was returned to Christow Home, Christow said it was ‘lost in transit’ and now they are out of stock ! They offered no alternative / similar product out of goodwill - they refunded money days later but still charged delivery fee in full for the 1 item which effectively made that dearer ! Big let down !

Dec 20,2024Ordered 2 sets of outdoor battery path lights. Only 1 was delivered but after contacting Christow Home, they swiftly investigated the matter and offered the choice of refund or replacement. Chose the latter and received it within 3 days. The product is as described and looks lovely.
