Dec 17,2024Try to arrange delivery for secret Santa when I was at address, allowed extra day. Unfortunately it arrived day after I came home. So have not seen product until I return next Monday. I understand this is beyond your control.

Had lots of lovely compliments. Great item, great company I would like to unload a picture but won’t let me which is a shame. Many thanks

Dec 17,2024Bought family of 3 reindeers when I went to set them up the main wire was bare wires that had been twisted together or soldered and the little fawn had no wires or connectors at all, I phoned and spoke to somebody who said they will send me an email and to reply to it with photos and what the problem was I told them in the email didn’t want them and to arrange for them to be picked up and I wanted a full refund still awaiting a reply for the 12/12/24 had to buy some from somewhere else as Christmas will be over at this speed of customer service
