Aug 05,2022Checkout to delivery process was smooth, item received was brand new. Would have preferred to have item delivered much earlier/faster. Took about 10 days. Love the concept, opted for it because device I wanted was out of stock everywhere. Will be my go-to for devices from now!

Aug 04,2022Product was packaged very well and delivered in excellent condition. It feels just like i have bought a new headphone but without the pinch on having to fork out the lump sum cash for it. Customer service was very responsive and easy to approach since it is via Whatsapp. Definitely will use their service in the future to satisfy that gadget itch.

Aug 04,2022Excellent concept and great execution! I really like the rental idea, compare to purchasing. The process is very easy, from choosing the device to registration and ordering, thanks to Singpass. The website is elegant and clear. The points that I appreciate are the transparency on the process and updates until delivery. My order was delayed but someone took the time to answer me and update me, in person, on Whatsapp, out of regular office hours. Customers value ease of use, fuss free purchasing process and Circular understood it. Now the subscriptions are available month by month, which makes adoption even easier than before, with no time commitment.

Aug 01,2022Issue with Circular Now so far. 1. No reply after more than 1 working day. 2. Did not deliver the item as per the stipulated time frame (5 to 10 working days). 3. Apology is not sincere. 4. No service recovery for the negative experiences. The whole experience is, wait and wait. Not happy don't use our service, we can refund you. We don't need your money.

Jul 07,2022As a minimalist, I like Circular because I get to have the AirPods Pro for a period of my choice. I picked the 3 month subscription, and when the update from Apple comes up, I will return it and order the updated version. I get to try other devices Circular has to offer. It's great! Lovely idea for decluttering and keeping up-to-date.

Jun 01,2022The range of devices is quite limited but I've still found something suitable. The customer service is very responsive and respectful but when I was enquiring about the service, it seemed like their answers were quite limited and unclear. It was also unclear how many weeks it would take to get the device. There's also not a lot of information on the device on their Web page. However, when I had to reschedule multiple times for delivery of the device, they were very patient, understanding and accommodating.

May 30,2022Placed a request for IPhone 13 and received the item within 10 working days as stated upon order placement. Item was in good working condition and had no issues with the product nor the service. Considering placing a request for more items as well.
