I was testing out their service for Oculus since it was really affordable per mth and I thought, just in case their service is poor or product is like old and dirty, I don't waste much of my money.. Surprisingly, the delivery was really prompt for the 1st product, probably it was in stock and it's brand new, the entire process is smooth and easy. Good if you're a tech person who wants to change to latest updated products every now and then, this service in turn helps me to save money.

I rented S22 ultra, its new and delivered to me less then 5 days after approval.
I rented a mobile phone. It is new and work well. The price is reasonable cheap. I like the phone.
Profile page shows a blank, white page. When attempting to check out with a subscription, it shows that they have my info from singpass but it's pending. Clicking on continue button goes into a loop instead of taking you back to the product page or home. Still pending after a long while.
Appreciation for Jay Went through two different staff in order to get my issue solved. The first staff, Shane, was very irresponsive. After each reply, will take hours, if not the following day to get back. Despite me replying to the mail within the next three minute. The second staff i encountered was Jay. Knowing that i might have encountered an issue, he immediately ring me up, and the whole process was resolved in minutes. If the chat is to facilitate the process, picking someone with the right attitude is important. There were a few times where i almost wanted to walk away. And this is definitely due to the first staff's attitude. Hence i really appreciate the latter, Jay to help me solve the whole issue. He, is indeed a great staff to have.

Affordable rates for some of the most expensive tech stuff. Smooth process in general. But takes a long time from order to delivery, mine took approx 2-weeks.

Overall the experience was quite good and pleasant. But grab pay (which is a local brand) cannot be used as a payment mode because their cards are not issued by a bank. Then why are they approved my MAS to issue its financial products? Everything else was quite smooth.
