Rent a new iPhone 13 Pro. Surprisingly it’s a new item. Wanted to rent another one but there is a limit per month.. it’s ok. Looking forward on the next item in mind.
Saw mixed reviews and were to different extremes.however , just gave it a try cause I didn't want the iPhone queue..got the phone within 3 days and is a very simple application online .so simple that I thought it might go through...well done,truly a "chop chop" process
Great n easy to get our drea gadget
It's been 3 months I am on their service (no issues, paid on time) and I thought of checking my credit limit and how about to increase the balance limit so I can expand to other products. Since they only have customer service either via Whatsapp or Email, I decide to do both and see which one will response. I was told (via Whatsapp) that my credit was down from $100 to $60 and unfortunately I cannot add anymore device as the current one is $58 and I have only a balance of $2. I questioned them how did the limit went down from $100 to $60 and how can I increase my credit limit? The answer given was (in exact words): "Due to data protection reasons we cannot disclose the reason for this. We also regularly monitor our customers' payment behaviors and you can request a credit review in 3-6 months. Hope this helps!" followed by " So tell me, if I have been paying on time for the last 3 months. How did my credit limit was cut from $100 to $60. And if you say it's because of data protection, it is MY account to begin with. And I ought to know what's going on, right? Your customer service have been very prompt on replying but I don't know if I can proceed with no transparency policy.
Rejected my application does not say why. When i ask support just say i did not hit criteria unable to say what criteria.
Innovative service Surprised that they had the phone I was looking for..the Google Pixel 6 Rental is reasonable considering that I got a brand new phone It took slightly longer to get my phone.
Placed my order on the 30th of July, was given nothing the run around when trying to find out where my order was, I have now canceled my order as of the 6th of September, absolutely garbage company
I signed up with Circular cause I wanted to try new gadgets before buying new ones that are gonna be released this year. Hence, I signed up for the iPhone 13 Pro and they are legit, I got my device within 2 weeks of ordering it. I can just return it when I'm done or buy the device from them if you like it. Really recommend Circular for those who likes to use the devices for a short time.

Fast and smooth transaction
Very janky user experience. There's no way to cancel your subscription other than writing to customer support. Their system can get your phone number wrong even though it's correct on the invoice. Most items on the website you won't be able to get because there's a $100 per month cap for new users. No visibility on how the cap will be raised with time. Delivery and pickup experience is quite good and fast. Items I received were new maybe because they're still new here. But not much configuration can be done, which is a bummer for things like laptops.
A brilliant rental platform to review the specs of a tech gadget before committing to it. Affordable rates and responsive customer service who knows what they are delivering. 10/10 will recommend!
It's an excellent service where you can rent a tech. For someone who is thinking of trying a device before purchasing or for someone who just wants a decice for a certain period of time, this service is perfect. You pay for what you use. The delivery took a little while but I personally got a brand new product to rent and there's nothing to complain about. The rent is also affordable and transparent. Definitely 10/10, will recommend.

Oct 18,2022Made a request to order an iPhone 14 Pro Max, through their tech rental services company with NowCircular Singapore. But … it turns out that all my orders got rejected thrice from their system & I even tried applying again once in the week and followed up. Also, I made newly registered accts and made sure all my Singpass Myinfo data shares the correct information before confirming the orders. Already made the first month's transaction upfront + the referral code was applied but still no luck. Received both emails afterward saying that firstly, all the order payments that I’ve paid were alrdy refunded to my bank acct,l and secondly, explaining the reason why behind this issue of rejection is due to my own individual status & user information that they were unable to disclose as stated and not able to be part of them, accepting as one of their customer (probably which they look through my current & history of financial credits & background information) - honestly speaking, I preferably to say in a way it's simple & short: “I'm clean with no labeled of blacklists & having CC records, etc”. Please fix this issue by providing the service in the future by manually reviewing every newly registered user instead before the approval even to use the platform before confirming orders, so as to avoid this kind of glitch & misunderstanding which we shouldn't be relying as much upon expecting the perfections from a system feature towards automation, etc. Thanks!
