Nov 16,2019We recently had a wooden Venetian blind fitted and are absolutely delighted with it. Andrew came to advise and measure and the blind was fitted only 3 days later by Jamie Mitchell, who was extremely skilled, tidy and professional. We would thoroughly recommend the company.

Nov 16,2019Had a new build measured for 7 vertical and 2 perfect fit blinds all in the glint silver fabric with silver rails 3rd October 2019 paid the 50% deposit moved into my new house on the 11th October still no update on the order being ready , I rang up at least 4 or 5 times to be told still in production finally got a call on the 25th October to arrange fitting for the 29th October bearing in mind i had no blinds in my new build house I was relieved to get them installed however once the fitter arrived I noticed that the rails were white and not silver he asked me if he could just fit them anyways to which I sent him packing I called the customer care team when he was onsite seems the sales rep didn’t note what colour of rails I’d requested , I was assured this would be ordered as a priority and the perfect fit blinds where installed in my patio doors. I thought mistakes happen but it gets worse ! One of the perfect fit blinds was all creased and jumped off at the bottom as the frame wasn’t flush I took pictures and emailed them straight away to be told it’s probably just settelment ?? and to check it after a week and that the end caps had been trimmed and would be replaced . So after numerous calls to the office for updates to which there was none ! I finally got another appointment for the correct coloured rails these where fixed and the verticals installed by James who to be fair was excellent and as soon as he seen the faulty perfect fit blind he took it away and gave us a temp cover , that was on the 5th November I called servers times for an update and was told another blind was getting made its now 10 days later and not one call I have had back advising me of this , tbh I have paid a small fortune for blinds that are still not fitted and it’s now 6 weeks since I ordered. I would never recommend this company at all due to the issue with ordering ,fitting , faults and lack of ownership or responsibilities. Not even a sorry or a goodwill gesture. I wouldn’t have paid the full balance until the blinds were fitted fully if I had known the issue it’s caused and still causing. I can only hope it gets resolved this year !!

Nov 15,2019Really delighted with my shutters. Christopher the fitter did an excellent clean job of fitting my shutters to my daughters bedroom window. It just finishes her bedroom off. Crisp white shutters. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have shutters fitted. Thank you so happy with the outcome.

Nov 14,2019Working away at the computer, listening to the local football phone in. Hear a tweet being read out, good point I think to myself and then the name given is City Blinds & Shutters. Great bit of advertising. Called them last Tuesday, got a call a week later to arrange fitting. Sorted. Andy came along and happily installed my blinds. Great to see someone who is good natured, pride in his job and can actually do it. Same goes for the chap who measured up and the lady who kept me informed as to what was happenning. 5 Stars from me. Many thanks. I can now hibernate in darkness over the winter.

Nov 13,2019Have had new vertical blinds fitted to all windows in my new house, very efficient and competitively priced. Love them! Bit of issue with a very high angled feature window but Kevin sorted out and looks fabulous. Definately recommend City Blinds Glasgow.😁
