Dec 07,2018Stay Well Clear. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER Would not accept the blinds were not centred. Although the blinds are cheap they are not worth the money spent OR The hassle I’ve had from them !!!! Would. Give it no stars Stay Well Clear.!!!!!

Oct 09,2018Paid £720 for a set of blinds, 6 windows and 2 patio doors. £720 was apparently with a 30% discount, although there was no mention of this on our invoice? The PVC blinds are simply not worth the extautionate price we were charged. Also, we should have had faceplates for all of our blinds, but only the living room one was fitted. The blinds are only guaranteed for 12 months, which is poor considering the prices this company charge. Overall, very poor value for money.

Feb 22,2019Worst customer service ever! I have chosen WHITE blinds and my husband supervised the installation without knowing colour I chose. To my surprise when I came home my kitchen blind was white and ALL blinds upstairs were DARK OAK!!! 4 windows in total are totally different colour. When I phoned 'sales manager' she was annoyed and said the sales person will be in touch. We have not been contacted since and it's been over a month. Check what they are selling you! Query everything or best stay away!!
