Nov 11,2019Took delivery and fitting of new shutters yesterday and they look amazing the Glasgow showroom was huge with a fantastic range to choose from shutters take a bit longer I ordered them in late August But not a problem as this was explained to me beforehand, Andy the fitter did a great job I would definitely use the company again Sandra M

Nov 11,2019Had wooden blinds fitted yesterday in our full house by Danny we absolutely love them .he took time to explain all safety features and gave me a leaflet on it , which was great as I have grandchildren Danny also wore shoe covers and took away all his rubbish a very good experience with city blinds thank you

Nov 10,2019Ordered window shutters on 6th June, finally got them fitted end of October. Nearly 5 months from being told approx. 12 weeks, which in itself is a long time to wait. The shutters we ordered were coming from America. Communication was very poor, most of the communication was from me chasing our shutters. I have shutters prior to the order with city blinds, I will certainly order my final large shutter from previous company. The shutters are very nice and the guy that fitted them was very good just a pity the rest let it down.

Nov 08,2019Just had my blinds fitted on window and french doors all look great. Measured by Kevin and fitted by Pat both did a great job. This is the second time I’ve used city blinds and haven’t been disappointed keep up the good work

Nov 08,2019I previously put up a review and was called back to arrange the fitting of the 3rd blind that was faulty, repair arranged for 2nd call this morning... no show even though Danny the owner sent me an email to confirm it was arranged for this morning. I called city blinds at 10.30am to be advised that No appointment was in the diary for me today to have the blind brought back and fitted.. they could arrange this for later but not what was agreed as I have work. The staff member Liz did try her best and has said she has arrange for the 1st visit tomorrow. Within 4 weeks we have had 3 blinds that have had to go back to be repaired, the one that was suppose to be fitted early morning today has been back at the company for over a week... they have had the blinds longer than me. So again wrong information given and if I had not called I would have been sitting waiting for an appointment/fitting that is not in the diary even though I was assured on Wednesday it would be early today and also an email from Danny to confirm the appointment this morning.

Nov 07,2019On visiting the showroom, the staff explained the various options. They were very knowledgeable and courteous, not pushy at all. They gave us prices and a leaflet and said to us to come back after making a decision. The prices in comparison to other companies were so competitive. After deciding what we wanted, we arranged a visit for the next day. Kevin came out to measure our windows. He was very nice and again courteous. He explained the process and managed our expectations. He had said it could be around 2 weeks plus before we could get the blinds. We received a call 6 days later and fitted the next day, so we were delighted. Pat fitted our blinds very efficiently and quickly. Again very courteous and explained things to us. We cannot recommend City Blinds highly enough. The whole process was so efficient and worked like clockwork. The quality of the blinds are outstanding as are the staff, in particular Kevin and Pat who are credit to the company. In summary, I cannot recommend the company highly enough. The quality of the blinds, process and staff are all excellent.

Nov 07,2019Got our windows at the front with wooden sherwood venetian blinds (2 perfect fit also) from City Blinds when new windows got put in. We had to change 1 as it didn't allow us to open window but this was promptly changed. We then got blinds for rest of house when replaced rest of windows and since having them, we have recommended the company to others (friends, neighbours and family). We get compliments on how lovely they are! When Andrew and Lawrence arrived to fit, we placed our dogs into the garden but because it was cold they said they were ok with dogs to stay indoors and they were amazing with them, albeit everytime a blind got fitted, a dog got clapped. Both very proffessional as are the company and customer service. Would recommend you guys to anyone and everyone (and their grannies)

Nov 12,2019Great experience in your East Kilbride showroom last week. I visited with my elderly mother and Danielle was very helpful. She had lots of patience with my mother and very informative about different products, sharing lots of advice and options with us. We have made an appointment for a quote and looking forward to ordering from this company. Would highly recommend anyone to speak to Fanielle if they are not sure what they are looking for. Thanks James
