Oct 29,2019Had 8 window shutters fitted on Saturday by Chris who did an amazing job, not only was he a perfectionist & professional but such a nice guy too. Ross also turned up to lend a hand and again same as above with him. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is my shutters were a bit delayed on arriving but well worth the wait. Oh & I did receive a discount for the hold up. One delighted customer.

Oct 22,2019Just got my new shutters fitted today by Andrew, he arrived between the time slot i was given, he then proceeded to put dust sheets down which was great as i have just replaced my flooring, once completed he showed me how to operate my shutters properly before tidying up, great job on time with no mess, would recommend these guys every time, from the girls in the shop i visited to the guy who came out to measure ( i think was Stewart) to Andrew doing a great job today everything ran great

Oct 22,2019I have recently just had wood venetians blinds fitted by City blinds and Shutters and I am over the moon with them. From start to finish they have been amazing to deal with and within a few weeks my living room has been transformed! I would certainly recommend them for value for money and the best customer service. I will definitely be using them in the future. 😁😁😁

Sep 23,2019Recently purchased blinds that where all wrong and poorly fitted. The blinds which were fitted were the wrong way round, squint and the vertical blind I ordered are all different sizes. There has been very little effort to solve the problem and every time I call I keep getting the same excuse "we will call you back before the end of day". I have now been waiting for any employee to call me back for 4 days, I have called continuously and keep getting the same answer with no solution. Very poor quality blinds! Blinds come with a fitting cost included and Stevie wonder would have done a better job! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Once you have a problem no one can give you a straight answer and when you ask to speak to a superior they are always busy or in meetings and of-course they don't call you back either! Absolutely shocking and definitely would NOT waste your time and money!

Aug 30,2019Do NOT use this company. Overpriced,no detailed receipt after asking on numerous occasions,expensive for cheap products.Customer service is shocking. Blinds order in March,had to call after fitting deadline to be told there was a problem,eventually fitted in may,they didn't sit properly,numerous phone calls,emails photos later they were replace to have the same problem,again numerous phone calls,photos and emails later I am frustrated beyond words that noone is contacting back. Management always in a meeting when you call and they say they will get back to you but never do. Please,if you want a stress free service with good products to spend your well earned cash on go elsewhere and avoid this company.

Aug 05,2019We were not at the property for the measure up and as a result they said we needed 16 sets of blinds. We paid 50% deposit and went with their quote. Turns out they measured for blinds on upstairs windows that were frosted!!! Complete conmen!! When I complained via email I got no response although they we very quick to call about the payment before fitting!! Also the blinds that we fitted do not sit correctly....

May 08,2019I can’t put into words how disappointing this company has been. Ordered shutters in November and just been informed that they won’t be here until end of June - that’s six months! . The company wrongly sized the shutters and as a result they didn’t fit the windows properly. We were them assured the replacement shutters would be air freighted and would be here in 3-4 weeks. After phoning to check on the status of the windows (it will be four weeks since they were re-ordered on Thursday) have now been told that it will be another 6 weeks. It is quite obvious that despite promises for the shutters to be airfreighted that this has not happened and we are having to wait the normal lead time. The company have never phoned us, we have always had to phone them to chase things and every person we have spoken to seems to tell us something different. My brother has also ordered blinds from this company which were to be ready in 2 weeks and this time has passed and they are still waiting. I wouldn’t recommend City Blinds to anyone!
