Feb 05,2020I bought shutters and blinds from this company and my shutter needed a repair the customer service was amazing with getting back to me ASAP The service repair was carried out from CHRIS who was very helpful, pleasant n attentive with sorting the repair 👍🏻 Defo would recommend this company Excellent service!!!

Feb 04,2020Bought blinds a no of months ago, they could not get my living room blinds right, out something like 14 times, November 2019 was last time, seem okay, but have not filled me with confidante, however they said we would be compensated, needless to say, that has never transpired, would definetly never use again, prices good but it ends there.

From booking an appointment, sales visit, office staff and James our fitter- the whole experience has been friendly, super efficient and extremely professional at all times. The blinds are superb too. My house feels so much warmer already! Would highly recommend City Blinds & Shutters to anyone who is looking to purchase blinds

Jan 28,2020Marc the fitter from City Blinds arrived at specified time and installed blinds to all Windows and French Doors in our new house. He was extremely courteous and polite, he coached us on the functioning and upkeep of the blinds. The work was completed promptly and when he left he removed all packaging . I would thoroughly recommend City Blinds to anyone . Well done.

Jan 22,2020Chris has just fitted shutters to my bay window and a kitchen blind. He arrived on time, was pleasant, very tidy and has done a great job, even fixing a wee issue with shutters on my other window which I hadn’t even noticed. Despite an issue with the placing of burglar alarm sensors on the window, we sorted out a solution and my shutters look great. Thank you.

Jan 21,2020I received my Shutters last week and I am very pleased with the quality and fit. Shutters were reasonably priced and arrived when expected I was given a time slot for installation and was also phoned by Chris to say he was on his way The Shutters were well packaged and they were fitted quickly and professionally by Chris and Ross. All packaging and any mess was quickly cleaned up by Chris and Ross and taken away with them, I would definitely recommend using them again Pleasure to deal with

Mark came to fit them. He arrived first thing and the job was completed very efficiently and effectively. Both of them were very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend both men and the company.

Jan 18,2020We got a selection of shutters, perfect fits (Venetian and roller) and roller blinds. Ronnie came to our house for the quote and was very friendly and informative - he did hit out with the usual sales chat as expected. When it came to the blinds being fitted we had a guy arrive - who asked if we had scissors and a ladder he could use... felt very unprofessional. When he fitted our bedroom blind - the cord couldn't take the weight of the blind and kept breaking every time the blind was raised - to which he replied 'its the safety device' absolute nonsense. The blinds don't come fitted with the plastic gripper for the cord which felt a bit cheeky considering the money we spent. We we're also a blind short on our order - but the salesman took care of this, and city blinds were willing to send someone to fit it ASAP and we just said wait until you install our shutters. Chris came yesterday to fit our shutters, additional blind and fix the bedroom blind - he was night and day from the original fellow. Polite, informative and professional - and he is the reason our score is a 4 and not a 2!

Jan 17,2020Danny and Clare came out to install new blinds today and im over the moon. Quickly installed even though there was a few structural problems, Danny got round it. Friendly and took away all the empty boxes. Highly recommended from measuring to fitting. Thanks guys 👍

Bryan who came out to see us was great, and helped us in getting the blinds we wanted, offering tips along the way to suit the style of windows we have. Mark who fitted the blinds was brilliant, showing us how to operate them all properly, giving tips and fitting them quickly to a very high standard! Very Pleased!! :)
