Mar 03,2023The rug came quickly and is fantastic. I'd have liked to have received notice of delivery estimates because I was worried it was a scam, having only received a single message. Then, I was told when it might arrive but no way of knowing exactly until the morning of delivery by which time it was too late to organise receipt. Luckily, as it was boxed, rather than rolled, a neighbour took it, but that was not great. I should have been able to guarantee someone could receive it. Delivery after or before working hours should be possible.

Feb 23,2023The box arrived and I was horrified to see the rug had been folded many times to fit in the cardboard box! It has a LOT of folds/creases which I am hoping come out! I did write to CITY COWS as soon as I opened the box and saw the folded carpet, I assumed it would have been transported rolled to avoid creases! I have not received a reply from them as of yet., !

Eventually spoke to Nick who advised items had now sold out that I had originally ordered so to return & would be given full refund including postage I paid to return. Sent bank details as requested & did not receive my postage fee & items were bulky to return! Sent emails to customer service & was just ignored. Very poor customer service. Very unprofessional. I have ordered other item’s before but won’t again in the future in the event of any issues. Don’t appreciate being lied to & continuously ignored.
