Apr 24,2023There was a bit of to'ing and fro'ing with the delivery people but I was glad to be kept appraised. When the rug arrived it was loose in its cardbord box which looked as if it had been opened and resealed. The rug itself looked slightly matted in places and I honestly thought it had been used. I'm still not sure. I'll give it a good vacuum and am keeping it as its only for a spare bedroom. It is a lovely thick heavy quality.

Apr 20,2023I ordered your light brown fur footstool as it looked a similar shade to my couch. When it arrived it was nothing like the colour shown as it was a beige colour and not nice at all! So disappointed as I’d bought one previously and it was fabulous! Now I’ve had to pay over £12 to return it!! Will not be ordering anything else in the future!
