Feb 22,2024I bought 2 sheepskin fluffy footstools which I was extremely pleased with. One of them had a problem with one of the screw in legs. This was quickly dealt with and a replacement footstool was sent. I also bought 2 large sheepskin rugs which I am also pleased with. Good products, good value, good customer care.

Feb 21,2024No refund in over a month and chased more than 5x, with 3x calls to them today! I bought sheepskin gloves in January. Umfortunately they weren't what I expected, wanted as I was replacing some I'd lost. I used City Cows because of their no nonsense refund guarentee. Well I could not have had an experience further from their own advertising. I call, am told it's being processed and then nothing. I even used recorded delivery for the return so they have had it since 19th January. Be weary with this company - their customer service and refunding system isn't good or efficient Issue has been resolved. It seems to have happened quickly after posting a review. Thank you for sorting this out, eventually.

Feb 12,2024I've never used this site before, but I found it very informative. The range of products you sell were very interesting . I have been trying to find a pair of sheepskin gloves to keep my hands warm that were selling at a reasonable price. I think I have finally found a pair. Unfortunately they have a distinct aroma on the skin. If anybody has any ideas about getting them to smell a bit sweeter I shall be very grateful.

Feb 10,2024I purchased this pair of sheep skin gloves from City Cows as I lost one of my sheep skin gloves also from City Cows. As before, they are well made and comfortable to wear. But the fitting is looser compared to my previous one although both are the large size. My previous gloves also had real fur lining whereas the new one has faux fur. Nevertheless, they are warm and I hope to get good use from them.
