We also stock a huge selection of Moroccan Berber rugs, all of which are handwoven using live organic wool and are imported directly from the Beni Ourain tribes of the Atlas Mountains.

Dec 22,2023Super service, great website, gorgeous products, spolit for choice. Eventually settled on a reindeer rug, oh my gosh how absolutely amazingly gorgeous is that! Arrived within 2 days, safely packaged. I just love love love it!! My dogs think its a new pet so they walk round it and sniff it suspiciously which is pretty hilarious. I really dont think i have been so pleased with a rug for such a long time, beautiful, thankyou City Cows x

Dec 16,2023I placed order on 30 November. It did not arrive when City Cows said it would arrive. I rang and chap apologised and said that the order had not left the depot. He would ensure it went out that day. It did not arrive when he said it would. I contacted them again and the chap was very dismissive of me. Said I could cancel the order and get a refund. But the rug was a birthday present that my daughter had requested. Eventually the rug arrived and I was told I would receive some sheepskin gloves as an apology. They did not arrive. The product is lovely but their service was sadly lacking. I know that mistakes can happen but if that is the case the supplier must hold up his hands and explain, apologise and correct.

Dec 16,2023Not at all impressed with how my item turned up. £130 spent to have it arrive screwed up in a tiny dPd bag. When I phoned to complain I was met with a very rude response that if I was not happy to return it! As I pointed out I feel when spending this amount of money it would be nice to receive it at least in a nice box / bag. The gentleman said it was to do with environmental issues! Will not be ordering again. Next time will choose a company that have better customer service

Dec 12,2023My initial order came through no problems, decided to exchange the product for a different size and colour, initial communication good, sent package back as instructed with order details and replacement instructions by next day signed for by Royal Mail on 27th November, I’ve heard nothing since. Have sent email and called requesting an update to no avail. I’m keen to get a replacement in time for Christmas of course.
